Board Meeting
Minutes
February 8, 2006
Allan, Nancy, Ruth and Don were in attendance, Anne was unintentially not informed of the meeting and could not attend when called.
Don will put information regarding up coming Conifer Town Meeting, Feb. 15, 2006, at West Jeff Middle School at 7:00 on the website.
Treasurer report from Nancy: $7417.58 savings, $220.91 checking.
Taxes due on property $652.52
Annual meeting is scheduled May 20, 2006, at 10:00 am at Fire Station. At this time elections will be held for Board members. Four positions will be open for nomination. A Ballot will be posted in newsletter for nominations. A newsletter will be sent to all in April posting our agenda for the May Meeting. Don and Ann will write article regarding update on Oct. Meeting of 2005. Ruth will write a small article on history of CMHA for newsletter. Nancy will check on Firehouse for availability.
A spring clean up and picnic was scheduled for June 16. CMHA will provide Hamburgers and Hot dogs and drink. Nancy will check to see if Fire Station is available on that date. .
CMHA will not be keeping Attorneys on retainers.
Board will meet on March 27 to review newsletter at Ruth’s at 6:00 PM.
